Why is there hand sanitizer next to the soap near the sink in my office bathrooms (bottles looks alike).  It’s disturbing.  Is my company planning for the day I spontaneously decide I don’t have to wash my hands after I pee? 

(FYI - that day won’t happen, I always wash my hands…with soap and water)
