Ah three day weekends, we should have one of these every month. Now for the noms!
Monday: Chicken kebabs + One pot kale & quinoa (seriously amazing, you need to make now)
Tuesday: 25 Lusk for my birthday!
Wednesday: Chicken Shawarma + side salad
Thursday: Catching up with former roomie & former coworkers

A day late again…the end of May is turning out to be far busier than anticipated, which means more fun but less cooking!
Sunday: Friend’s Birthday…take-out Latin food and Banoffee Pie for cake (it’s amazing and I get it 1-2x a year from a friend who makes it for St. Patrick’s Day)
Monday: Leftover tomato sauce from this guy + veggies + pasta
Tuesday: Crock Pot Turkey White Bean Pumpkin Chili
Wednesday: Another Birthday. With a beer tasting. And apparently chocolate cake.
Thursday: Chicken & Shiitake Marsala maybe with a beet salad…we’ll see
Friday: 3 day weekend! Which will involve exercise due to all the birthday cake this week + anticipation of another next week (you all have 8 more days to get me a gift) :)
